Once you've taken a look at the fabric on the “Covers & Prices” page or have decided to place a custom order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
When ordering, please include the name of the collar cover that you are interested in. If you are placing a custom order, please make sure that you provide enough detail so that we can look for the perfect piece of fabric to meet your needs.
You will also need to include the following information:
- Size (sizes come in XS, S, M, L and XL)
- Is the collar cover for a male or female dog? (Males = bowties/Females = bows)
- Your name, address and email address
When you email us and place your order, please feel free to let us know how you found out about Slobber Kisses and if you would be interested in joining our mailing list.
We will respond to your email within 48 hours to confirm the details of your order. Once the details of your order have been confirmed, a PayPal invoice will be sent to you via email. Before sending payment, please check that the address you have on file with PayPal is correct. If you do not have a PayPal account and would rather pay via check or money order, please state that in your initial email and accommodations will be made.
Once payment has been received, Slobber Kisses will begin working on your order. Please allow two weeks from the time your payment is received to receive your order. Once your order is complete, an email will be sent to you letting you know that your order is on its way.
All orders get shipped via USPS First Class Mail for a flat shipping charge of $4.00 per order (within the U.S. and Canada).
